Our goal at HNP is to deliver the highest quality, safest products to our customers. We have established a sound quality control program to meet this goal. Our program includes a multi-pronged approach as described below:

1、Quality control team:
  ·The team consists of a dozen qualified herbalists, scientists, and technicians.
  ·They perform their duties using the quality control program set up by the company which is fully compliant with China GMP and U.S. FDA cGMP requirements.
  ·This program provides guidelines for testing raw materials, products in-process, and finished products.

2、Factory environment:
  ·The buildings are designed for pharmaceutical manufacturing purposes.
  ·The manufacturing areas are tightly sealed with the capability to control the temperature and the humidity.
  ·The air is also purified. All the equipment used for testing and manufacturing is made with pharmaceutical grade materials and stainless steel.

3、Equipment:
  ·HNP is equipped with all the advanced analysis and testing equipment required for our rigorous quality control program.    
  ·Our equipment includes HPLC, UV, AA and TLC.

4、Certifications:
  ·HNP has been granted the following certifications which indicate that our quality control program meets the rigorous  international requirements for herbal manufacturing facilities:
       GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)  by the Chinese Ministry of Health
       U.S. FDA cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices)  by NSF (an independent third-party auditing company)
       GAP (Good Agricultural Practices) by the Chinese Department of Agriculture

5、Production
  ·Raw materials  Some of the raw materials come from our own plantation, over which we have complete control.
  ·We also purchase raw materials from approved vendors.
  ·We perform quality tests for each herb on every batch we purchase.
  ·Material transfer   Throughout the manufacturing process, the materials are transferred from one station to another via  sealed ducts or tunnels to avoid contamination.

All our products are manufactured strictly conforming to the Chinese GMP and the U.S. FDA cGMP standards.
Finished Products Testing   We perform strict testing on all of our finished products on bacterial, heavy metals and pesticide residues before we ship them to our customers.

6、Organic certification   To assure our customers of the highest quality products HNP is working on obtaining organic certification for our products
